Act 146 requires Columbia St. Mary’s to make available to consumers a copy of our Top 75 inpatient stays and Top 75 outpatient procedures reports.These reports provide the median billed charge, the average allowable payment under Medicare and the average allowable payment from private insurance payers for the most recent four quarters reported. The charge and payment data on the Top 75 reports are for uncomplicated cases only and do not include any physician fees such as for surgeons, anesthesiologists and radiologists.
