Team of experienced urologists joins Madison Medical Affiliates
Board certified urologists to serve patients in Cedarburg and on Milwaukee’s East Side
Madison Medical Affiliates, Milwaukee’s premier medical group since 1903, is pleased to announce the addition of three distinguished urologists to its growing list of specialists. Board certified urologists Dr. Christopher M. Kearns, Dr. Kevin R. Gee and Dr. Peter Slocum have joined the Madison Medical team of physicians and will see patients at the Cedarburg office and at the Columbia Medical Arts Building on Milwaukee’s East Side. “Dr. Kearns, Dr. Gee and Dr. Slocum are highly-qualified physicians who share Madison Medical’s passion for excellence and commitment to patient healthcare in southeastern Wisconsin,” said Kevin Behl, executive director of Madison Medical Affiliates. “We are thrilled to welcome these urologists to our team at Madison Medical.” Specializing in the diagnosis, medical treatment and surgical procedures relating to the kidneys, bladder, adrenal glands and genitourinary system, the urologists at Madison Medical will serve a diverse patient base of all ages. Urology is the ninth specialty added to Madison Medical’s healthcare portfolio, which already includes internal medicine, endocrinology, gynecology, gastroenterology, allergy and immunology, dermatology, pulmonary medicine and surgery. “Our list of specialties continues to grow as we adapt to meet the needs of our patients,” said Behl. “We’re proud to have some of Milwaukee’s top doctors in our practice, and with our newest team of urologists, we’ll continue to offer the excellent healthcare that our patients have come to expect.” Christopher M. Kearns, M.D. Dr. Kearns earned his degree in medicine from the Medical College of Wisconsin in 1989 and completed his residency in Urologic Surgery at the Medical College of Wisconsin in 1994. Board certified in urology, Dr. Kearns has been named one of Milwaukee’s top physicians by Milwaukee Magazine and has taught at Columbia Hospital and the Medical College of Wisconsin. Kevin R. Gee, M.D. Dr. Gee earned his degree in medicine from the University of Iowa in 1994 and completed his internship and residency in Urology at the Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine in 1999. He is board certified in urology and joined the medical staff of Columbia St. Mary’s in 1999. Peter Slocum, M.D. Dr. Slocum earned his degree in medicine from the University of Wisconsin in 1983. He completed an internship in surgery and two residencies in surgery and urology at St. Luke’s Medical Center. Dr. Slocum is board certified in urology and is a clinical instructor at the Medical College of Wisconsin.
